Checked my BP at work yesterday and it was a whopping 90/55 hr 56. That's pretty normal for me though. My Co worker checked hers and it was 140/85 hr 79.

What are your baseline vitals?

BP 90/60, HR 70s - 80s, RR 12 -14, SpO2 94 - 96%.

Specializes in EMS, ED, Trauma, CEN, CPEN, TCRN.

BP is around 100/60. Since I started running every day for the last 522-ish days, my resting heart rate has gone from the 70s to the low 50s. :) Sats are good. It was funny — in 2013 I went from sea-level Savannah to an elevation of 6500+ feet in Afghanistan and my sats were in the low 90s for the first few weeks.

Thread moved to health/stress management. :)

I'm 100s/60s, HR 60s ...anything higher is abnormal for me.

110-114/70s, hr 58-65, O2 96-98 (asthma)

Oddly enough, when I'm throwing PVCs my HR runs in the 50s.

My BP hit 150s systolic when I came in for gallbladder spasms - the ER Dr wanted to refer me to a PCP for HTN, given my weight. No, I didn't punch him.

Oddly enough, when I'm throwing PVCs my HR runs in the 50s.

Have you seen them on EKG? Maybe they arent PVCs but are actually ventricular (or junctional) escape beats? That would explain the lower heart rate and make me wonder if you had a conduction abnormailty.

They were found on a Holter monitor, I was assured they were benign and told to come back for a beta blocker if they became "too often".

After that confusing visit I suddenly understood some of my patients a lot better.

BP 90s/60s

HR 70

Although my baseline is usually higher due to my coffee habit so 110-115 systolic and sometimes over 100 for HR.

When I'm asleep, I found out that my HR goes as low as 40! (sleep study)

My baseline vital signs used to be 90's/50's HR 50's R 12 O2 sat 100%...now, depends on the day, deviations from normal occur a lot with constant stress, allergies, and asthma (and all the meds needed to control the allergies/asthma)

normal BP 110s-120s/70s-80s P 70-80s. I'm on Metoprolol, Lisinopril and HCTZ. When I started an Antidepressant my BP went up to 170-180s/90s ! I was taken of that med ! And yes I need to lose weight and exercise !
