Or maybe if she had taken 2 seconds to look at the patient after she gave her an IVP med to treat anxiety.

It is one thing believing whether RV made a mistake, was negligent, was incompetent, or all of the above., it is another showing malice, hatred, vengefulness, painting her as a monster, and attacking and making vicious insinuations about those who disagree.

It's actually obscene that she is on a panel that will discuss patient safety. She is the poster child for demonstrating zero professional consideration for patient safety as she completed a task.
