Acutes is a bear! I work 12 to 15hrs plus 3 to 4 days a week. We take call as well. I could work every day of the week if I wanted too

it used to be that you could go to work and do your shift and feel like you accomoplished something, nowadays it is nearly impossibleto complete all your tasks let alone spend any quality time with the patient.

We have to get consent with each new hospitalization including chronic patients. I wish they would do like blood consents. It gets to be a real hassle at times

Davita just lost out on the Aurora contract. Aurora is taking over the dialysis in the next few months. Unsure of of what that means for Davita employees. Everything is up in the air.

Sorry to burst your bubble jayjaybsnrn but I certainly do make $25/hr with all my experience and I am most certainly for real. Davita pays squat at least in my area, but they have no problem paying the big bucks to travlers.
