Literally the worst thing I've ever been through.  I had one in 2013, was told about 5 years ago that I need another and I've been putting it off and self-rehab.. really don't want to do it again..

I have had rotator cuff surgery and a knee replacement. I would rather go through another knee replacement than shoulder surgery. I need to have my other shoulder done as well as my other knee. The knee only hurt for a couple weeks while my shoulder hurt for months!

My 10/10 pain that I compare everything to is the night the block wore off on my shoulder
