Wow. No one has started such a thread yet?
After promising that most K-8 students would be in schools in the first 100 days, apparently Joe is afraid to lead on this and has drastically scaled back that goal.
Instead, we're shooting for about half to go to school at least one day a week, by the end of April.
President Biden clearly doesn't have the mental and physical stamina for the job which is why he's out riding his back and takes naps. Not sure how this Fox News Reporters has this inside information but here you are. Compare to Trump that worked long hard hours and didn't take breaks, like for golf for example.

I would agree these type of segments are sensationalized, or over the top. I'm not sure I'm coming up with the right term, but I think you know what I mean.
However, any objective person can easily see he is no where nearly as mentally sharp as he once was.

His post, which was a reply to mine, also has nothing to do with immigration in the context I was referring to .
It turned into a anti-immigration discussion, and speaks of and included me the "anti-immigration crowd".
The poster is either trolling, or ignorant. Either way, not worth the bother.

Me either.
But seriously, it doesn't mean he hasn't surrounded himself with a competent team and delegated to content experts. Much like almost every other chief executive.

I'm old enough to remember the OPEC oil embargo when oil rich companies realized their power, and President Carter grimly telling us "we are running out of oil", the long gas lines, and gas prices . American cars were gas guzzlers, and the Japanese cars, particularly the small Toyotas were gas efficient and that fueled their rise (and much anger in America btw) and popularity here in America for those than anything genetic or immigration related. But you're right about the quality of the Japanese cars, it's top notch.
Oh yeah, I remember that, too. Nobody in the American auto industry caught on to that one until it was too late. My first recollection of a gas shortage was in 1974, the second in 1979. They certainly could've seen the winds of change on the horizon, not only in terms of their product, but the future of domestic manufacturing in general.
I do agree with @Curious1997 in the sense that once Detroit did start to manufacture smaller, more fuel efficient cars they were utter crap, which could be partially explained by the industry having a nativist tunnel vision.
It's possible the public may have accepted cars like the AMC Hornet, but by then they we had experienced the superior engineering of the Japanese imports and would rather wait 6 weeks for a Honda Civic to arrive from Japan (they had a 6-8 waiting list here in So Cal!)
(back to your regularly scheduled President Biden topic...)

You can't say he isn't mentally sharp based on the information you have available to you. If you just think to yourself how many brilliant individuals look and sound of below average intelligence because of an unrelated physiological issue you'll probably not want to make that mistake again.
One does have to wonder why nobody heard a peep about Biden's supposed incapacitation when he was "a heartbeat away from the presidency" for 8 years.
Do you think Biden didn't interact with high-ranking Republicans in Congress and elsewhere for 8 years? Never attended a national security briefing with him? Never got a phone call from VP Biden lobbying them for pending Obama-backed legislation which required a detailed answer?

Actually, if you look at video clips of him as VP and compare them to him recently, he has declined quite a bit since then.

Of course, there isn't much evidence of that. Starting with his VP.
I think you have to consider the agenda of those presenting the clips "when you look at clips of him it's obvious he's demented".
To me listening to the clip I posted of Biden looking robust and enjoying a bike ride on a weekend, and listening to the comments of the reporter saying that his staff has to schedule a break from his duties because he can't handle his duties obviously shows the agenda. of Fox News and the conservative press and Republicans in general. There was no clip of him acting demented this past week so they made one up.
A case can be made that he enjoyed his bike ride while blowing off questions from reporters, but a lot of times Presidents do this. Trump very often went golfing and didn't want to talk to reporters. Obama famously ignored reporters.

I think that he does look and sound older than the he did four years ago, but then again so does my 88 year old father.

Indeed.
It would be foolish to ignore the partisan motivations of the people who repeatedly make these type of claims about Biden. Unfortunately this is the state of current conservative politics, where silly lies make up the bulk of the content fed to the general public and serious lies fill in the gaps.

Well at least they didn't refer to you being a Nazi or a white supremacists . Which this "crowd" usually do with opposing opinions. Even when they do not know your race!

I think that it has a lot to do with immigration. The majority of the anti immigration crowd has very little empathy or respect for anyone not white. They even discriminate against the French because they feel that they are too different.
If only they knew what the French who was probably one of the most powerful nations ever militarily and culturally thought of them, I would bet that they would be surprised. They actually think that Northern European white nations think favorably about them!
'*** hole countries, rapists and murderers ', do you think those statements were meant for people who you respect? How do you think his followers interpreted that?
The majority of the South is viewed as backwards and Appalachian tendency inclined! Those are the people who are anti immigration generally!
Everyone is a hodgepodge of genetics. I am Scots, Irish, Danish and Swedish and my parents are English and I was born in America. I would say that's a common feature of Americans! All because of immigrants.
