Here are the exact steps to see if you passed the NCLEX exam on the Pearson Vue web site.
Updated:
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.
This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.

Appreciate the feedback.

I think you will find this is the good message
Just got home. In the span of the past 6 months I had to move from Idaho back to Texas, find a job and a place to live without a dime to my name and zero anything to put in an apartment. Started a job, husband decided to divorce me and I'm doing my best to raise my kids without knowing one soul where I live.
If I passed, honestly, it's a miracle. I have not been studying really and I graduated 6 months ago. I did the Saunders 100 question exam once a week and that was it. It took me an hour to get to 166 questions, when it shut off. I just got home and did the PVT, which I also did for my LVN boards. It worked for my LVN boards. This time I'm getting the good popup, but honestly I prayed with all my heart for the Lord to seriously give me the mindset I needed to get the right answers. If I passed, God's mercy is more infinite than I have any ability to understand.
Texas posts our results 2 days after the test. So I'll let y'all know if it worked. Holy crap am I nervous.
I just got home from my test. I took it this morning. I too got all 265 questions and was exhausted. Once it said delivery successful, I tried the trick and I got the good pop up. My husband wants to go celebrate tonight, but I can't celebrate just yet. I feel I need to see the license number to be 100% sure!

Yeah, I know... this one in particular pushed my buttons because of the triple-query, I guess (not to mention complete disregard for grammar, spelling, capitalization, etc!). I mean, it doesn't even sound like they know what PVT is in the first place, so why ask questions about something when you have no clue what it is?
Man, I'm a crusty old biter bat already and I'm still a student!
