Here are the exact steps to see if you passed the NCLEX exam on the Pearson Vue web site.
Updated:
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.
This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.
Poll to take once you have received your response:

i think you have to wait an hour. you have to check on the status if it says deliverd on the side or something like that. i checked 30 mins after and got the pop up the first time. and then like an hour later i checked it went to the credit card page. i was so disappointed. so check every hour. good luck!!!
I was told that as long as it says "Delivery successful" on your first log in page you are good to go. I did mine 10 minutes after I left the site this morning as well. It says delivery successful and I got the good pop up!! Some people even check it when they are still in the parking lot of Pearson Vue. So Congratulations!!!
Congrats JRich, I hope it's true and we both made it!
mcunanan, I studied for it since March. And even before that. I had my ATT since last summer. I'm a German nurse and graduated in Germany in 2002. So it's been a while! I always had excuses for not taking it sooner (bad, I know). I started out with the Hurst Review. It helped me a lot and I highly recommend it! I also bought the LaCharity book and went through it 2 times. I have the Saunders book incl CD. I went through the whole Saunders book once and did 3000-4000 questions on the CD. The week before the NCLEX I did about 2000 questions from Saunders and the Hurst questions. I sat down every day between 2 and 6 hours, just going over things I didn't know. Make sure you know Infections, Meds, GI, Cardiac, and Endocrine. I had tons of SATA's and Meds, no calculations, 1 drag and drop, and 2 pics.
Any other questions, just ask!

I just got back from taking my NCLEX RN. I live maybe 10 min from the testing center, so not more than 30 min have passed since I finished my exam. I tried the Pearson VUE trick and got the "our records indicate..." pop up. Does that mean what I think it means? I got tons of SATA and felt like I guessed half way through the exam. Also had 2 pictures to identify what it is (wound and ECG). I'm really nervous!!
