Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.

This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.

Hi, does anyone that lives in CALIFORNIA that took NCLEX PN tried this trick recently?? how did it go? ugh.. just took my test this morning and I still can't stop thinking how I did. It stopped at 92, theres alot of people telling me that I passed, yet the site lets me re-register until the spot where I will put my billing information. Then there are a few on the website that is saying if you got 92 u passed...

Pls can anyone just tell me if they live in CALIFORNIA and tried this trick?

That sounds like you passed...that's the "good pop up".

Hi everyone

I took my nclex today for the first time. It stopped at 85 questions.

I got the good pop up from pearson vue.

What does that mean?

It's killing me to wait for my results.

It means you passed congrats!

If it takes you to the cc page, you failed! I've been through it.

You failed! Sorry

Sorry hun if you are able to re-register for the exam you failed. Don't let this bring you down, look over your notes, NCLEX review book or try a Review Course. I used for my LPN review ATI, which is kind of pricey but everyone in my class passed with this review. Best review I ever had.

Well, I guess now would be a good time to add myself to this statistic.

Took the NCLEX 2 days ago, Saturday, September 21, 2013. The exam shut me off at around 170 questions and I was CERTAIN that I failed. All the questions seemed so hard and most of the questions really made me think. I got around 7-10 SATA, 5 drag and arrange in order, 3-4 med questions, and only 1 calculation. I walked out feeling so defeated!

Anyway, about 30-45 minutes after finishing, I went on my phone to try the PVT and I got the "good pop-up!" I couldn't believe my eyes. When I got home, I tried it again and got the same result! I tried it over and over again every now and then just in case it changed on me LOL.

Well, I logged on Pearson Vue today, paid for my quick results, and found out that I PASSED!!

So the PVT still does work...for me at least lol.

Don't give up guys! Don't get discouraged like I did if it doesn't shut you off at 75 questions. YOU STILL HAVE A CHANCE, whether that chance takes you to 100, 150, 200, or even 265 questions! Give that exam all you've got :)

As I sit drinking this delicious bottle of wine I thought I should share my nclex experience today. Test was at 1130 got there early and started prob 10 mins early....first question: sata ......wth I thought omg really. Every other question felt like sata. Then like 3 drag and drops, 1 exhibit, 1 picture choice. The whole time I tried to relax panicking on every question that wasn't sata bc I thought I was doing bad. It was weird, didnt feel like it was getting harder felt easier in the since I was getting the select only one answer choice towards the end. So by question 74 I was thinking pls God don't let it stop at 75 I need more questions bc I was sure I was failing. ....75 it cut off I was thinking seriously ....I know I failed even though the last question I was almost certain was right. Cried on the way to test cried after lol. On the way home tried pearsonvue trick..... got the good.pop up... I said to myself r u forreal......no way. Then just now tried it again bc was too afraid it was a mistake earlier....same good pop up. I prayed all through that test asking for God to help me. And he did. Now I wait for my results...hope this trick works. Oh I did kaplan and hurst with saundet supplement. God bless

trick still works, I'm on the BON today!!

I just took my nclex for the second time, and I got 75 questions. I did the PVT trick right after and did not get the pop up...did it again 2 hours later, and again still no pop up. I am freaking out because I thought i did better than I did the first time, and I know there was no way that I could have failed in just 75 questions. If anything, I would think it would have given more questions. Again, no Pearson vue pop up....I guess i'll just wait for my results to be for sure

Took nclex pn today at 8:00am and finished at 11:45. 200 questions and lots of SATA and quite a few arrange in order. I went home and tried the Pearson vue trick 3 hours after testing and received the good "pop-up". I was certain I failed and am still feeling uncertain. Since I live in California I have about four weeks to know for sure...arrgghhhhh.

Good day!!

To all those that went straight to the CC page using the PVT but still passed, what state did you guys applied for licensure? I applied in Northern Marianas Islands a.k.a. "Saipan" and like the State of California they don't offer the Quick Results Service. I did the PVT and always ended up being on the CC page. I took the exam on Friday(Oct. 11) and did the PVT on Sunday morning(Oct. 13). Did I really failed the exam? Or I'd rather wait for the official results via mail or contacting them? And also is the PVT working on non-business days? Because Pearson Vue AFAIK is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I'll appreciate any replies. Thank you.

The only real way to know if you failed the exam is wait for the official results from the BON
