Here are the exact steps to see if you passed the NCLEX exam on the Pearson Vue web site.
Updated:
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.
This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.
Poll to take once you have received your response:

I took the NCLEX-RN on Wednesday and I get a pop up that says "recent scheduled cannot schedule at this time, contact such and such person" like the old message, but I see some of you getting messages about having passed, cannot reschedule.
Is the old message still a positive one? I swore, swore, swore I had failed. Part of me still does, but I have been in panic mode and would love to sleep tonight. D:
Does anyone know?
@MissHavokk:I had the same message you did and felt exactly like you about failing, in fact, there was no doubt in my mind I had failed. I wanted to cry when my computer shut off at 75 questions. I left testing center feeling numb and quite confused about what just had happened. I think you can feel a bit reassured you passed, at least to get some sleep tonight lol. I know you won't be totally at ease until you see those official results on the BON site but let that good pop up give you some assurance, after all, it's meant good news for MANY of us with the same message. Good job!
OMGGG. *-* /dying/
I got 76 and when it shut off I panicked on the spot. I had just made peace with it not cutting off at 75, which everyone seems to regard as something positive. I tried to stay naive to all of the signs and tricks hoping that I would pay attention to the questions, not patterns, numbers, or things like that.
but it didn't work when I walked away panicking.
has it ever really occurred getting the popup and failing? or is it more of an issue with getting the credit card page and having passed? I know one of my teachers was skeptical about the trick, but some people in the nursing class I am with have been mentioning it and I had to find out.

This trick work!! I honestly don't care what anyone says about it not working. It worked for me for LPN and RN and for all of my friends.
