Here are the exact steps to see if you passed the NCLEX exam on the Pearson Vue web site.
Updated:
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.
This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.

I was a skeptic at first of of the "Pearsonvue trick. I took NCLEX-RN yesterday (8/28/13) at 1:30p and finished by 6pm. I got all 365 questions and thought for sure I failed!I Went home crying, logged back in to my account and attempted to register again. After filling out the information, a message popped up stating "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact so and so for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." I probably checked it about 20 times like a crazy person.I Looked on my Board Of Nursing website today (8/29/13) and I am officially an RN !!! There has to be some truth to this "Trick".
I'm scared ******** about my results. I took the pn exam this afternoon in NY. I walked feeling utterly hopeless and close to tears. Maybe 20-30mins afterwards i began trying the pearson vue trick and i received the good pop up. Now almost 6-7hrs later I've been doing it every other hour and the good pop up and is still popping up! I hope this means I've passed. Bc it is Labor Day weekend I'm forced to wait even longer for my unofficial results. This is nerve racking!! Congratulations to everyone. Hopefully I'll be joining you all soon.

It works! I finally received my quick results and I passed!!! I'm so happy I don't know what to do with myself. The Pearson vue trick still works.
Hi everyoneI took my nclex today for the first time. It stopped at 85 questions.
I got the good pop up from pearson vue.
What does that mean?
It's killing me to wait for my results.
Merged with existing thread, Good pop up just means you can't re-register for an exam you have already passed and your state has to make the official decision
Hi, does anyone that lives in CALIFORNIA that took NCLEX PN tried this trick recently?? how did it go? ugh.. just took my test this morning and I still can't stop thinking how I did. It stopped at 92, theres alot of people telling me that I passed, yet the site lets me re-register until the spot where I will put my billing information. Then there are a few on the website that is saying if you got 92 u passed...
Pls can anyone just tell me if they live in CALIFORNIA and tried this trick?

The trick still works! Took test Tuesday. Tried trick within the hour. Got good pop up. Checked Florida BON for my exam results and Wednesday and saw I passed!! A classmate took test same time as me and had same result!! I'm a firm believer that it works.
