Looks like since last year. So, for those who didn't comment on the last thread like this (or who want to comment again) what made you pick your user name? Does it have some meaning, or is it just random? I am always curious about what they actually mean.

Mine is actually from my favorite movie "Army of Darkness".

I had a light hearted thread in AN Central where I admitted where mine came from. I think I brought it up once after too.

My screen name is a Dungeons&Dragons player I created and had a lot of fun with when I was a teen-ager. How I came up with the name of this Paladin was:

1. I had just watched Karate Kid the night before and couldn't get out of my head how Mr. Miahgi said Danny's name: "Danial-son".

2. A friend of mine, named Erik, had recently broken up a fight that was..........well, unfair............he was protecting the younger/smaller kid from the bully type situation.

So, when I created my Paladin character, I combined the two and came up with Eriksoln. I love it how people are under the impression my first name is Erik lol. Even had someone tell me they thought it was a play on Erikson and his stages.

I call my younger son "Bug" which is short for my cuddle bug, he in turn sometimes calls me his Lady Bug.

The name "Bug" is starting to stick, with my family as a nick name for him, sometimes it is Mr. Bug or Bug. And I have started using Bugs in reference to both of my kids, instead of my boys, or my kids they are my Bugs, hence I LoveMyBugs!

Mine is simply from my little granddaughter who is named Kyle. She became Grandmas Calliou the day she was born, and since I am Grandma, I am just Calliou... sometimes I go by Calliou2.... LOL!

Mine is inspired by this poster of Grace Kelly for Taittinger champagne. I actually made a gaming character out of it (World of Warcraft) back in 2006, and everyone always called me "Tait" in the game.

So it stuck :) I still have the poster, foam boarded and framed in my dining room!

its part of my first name and my middle name. 23 is my favorite number (after Michael Jordan) and was my number when I played sports (softball and volleyball) in high school.
