Looks like since last year. So, for those who didn't comment on the last thread like this (or who want to comment again) what made you pick your user name? Does it have some meaning, or is it just random? I am always curious about what they actually mean.

Mine is actually from my favorite movie "Army of Darkness".

I can be annoyingly Optimistic. I always see the glass as half full.

I came up with mine when I was in high school just prior to going to nursing school. I initially used it as my email address and I now use it for most of my ID's..... RNsrgr8t.... RNs are great.

Was cute when I came up with it at the time! I thought I was a genious!

My friends and I were playing football, and we thought it would be hilarious to add a little WWF flair. One shouted, "I am the EVISCORATOR!!!" I responded, "I am the Jen....erator.". Unfortunately, I did not gain the power to power up equipment with the flick of my wrist.

I was 38, changing careers from social work, two kids, hubby, mortgage and all the responsiblities. So I thought is this possible to actually attend nursing school, do well and still keep my sanity? lol...glad to say i'll be finishing in Dec 2011 w/ BSN, and I will change my name then to........IT IS POSSIBlLE...lol

It's a location. I'm not from there and I don't currently live there, but I spent a significant period of time there at one point in my life. I wouldn't want to give away any personal information on the internet like my real current location, so I picked one where I am not located but I guess felt some kind of personal connection to (realizing I could have picked any location in the world as an anonymous-sounding username).

My grandpa used to call me Katalina. I was never sure why he did. He just always did.

As he got older and Alzheimers set in I was sometimes Kathalina or Katarina. But, most of my life I remember being Katalina.

My name is Kathy but, my uncle thought it was an old lady's name. So he stubbornly called me Katie my whole life. So I just as easily could have been Katie instead of Katalina. lol.

P.s. LOVE the name LoveMyBugs! too cute!
