Same here. I am happy that one of the ideal career choices of ISTJ's is law. People perceive me as being cold - my nickname is "ice witch" (well, not witch). Few people really know me but those that do know I have a HUGE heart. I just don't like others to know what I'm thinking.

As do other Introverted Thinkers, ISTJs often give the initial impression of being aloof and perhaps somewhat cold. Effusive expression of emotional warmth is not something that ISTJs do without considerable energy loss.ISTJs are most at home with "just the facts, Ma'am." They seem to perform at highest efficiency when employing a step-by-step approach. Once a new procedure has proven itself (i.e., has been shown "to work,") the ISTJ can be depended upon to carry it through, even at the expense of their own health.

Yeah, bethin, being a nurse has been a bit of a challenge since people perceive me to be a bit blunt and cold.....It's been hard, but I keep working at it.

Hey Diary! Im an ENTJ. Cheers! Ivanna
You can be an S or an N, but not both. You're missing either a T or an F.
Correction: ESJF? Now I can't remember what the F or T stood for . Any Help in explaining? Thanks
