Diary here - just curious to see what everyone else is.

I am an ISTJ - What are you?

I'm an ISTJ.

My husband, an ICU nurse, is the exact opposite - ENFP.

According to http://www.meyersbriggs.org INFJ's "seek meaning and connection in ideas, relationships, and material possessions. Want to understand what motivates people and are insightful about others. Conscientious and committed to their firm values. Develop a clear vision about how best to serve the common good. Organized and decisive in implementing their vision."

Right on.

Me too

I'm sorry, I might come up as a bit uneducated... but can you please explain what all those abbreviations mean? :imbar

Thanks,

Vivi

Look at the two links in posts #13 and #14, but basically the MBTI is a test that asks you a bunch of questions and measures where you fall on four different dimensions of personality traits. You get assigned one of two letters for each of the four dimensions, giving you a four-letter type.

For example, I'm WAY on the introverted side, so I get an I (instead of an E). But on the thinking/feeling dimension, I'm am only an F by a little bit.

Correction: ESJF? Now I can't remember what the F or T stood for . Any Help in explaining? Thanks

Okay , for real I'm a ESFJ. Thanks for the link! Using the Meyersbriggs.org link. The description was right on!

Thanks,

Still no such thing. You're either an S or an N, but not both.

You can be an S or an N, but not both. You're missing either a T or an F.

Hi E,

Went to poster #13. Used that link. Came out as follows:

Extrovert vs Introvert

Sensing(s) vs Ituition(n)

Feeling vs Thinking

Judging vs Perceiving

ESFJ. There was a category for me, even ho I'm almost totally different than the posters here, I feel lonely! lol. Take a look at the graph and read ESFJ.;)

Thanks!

Either that wasn't the type you posted prior to your edit, or I'm going nuts. It's likely the second choice. :)

I wish I knew how to Multi-quote! E, you're not going nuts, I changed my answer three times and went looking for my test from ages ago. Thanks for your help and have a good day!
