Well my time here is done and really, I should move on. :( I graduated last week, got my ATT on Friday and I took my NCLEX today. But this section has been my home for so long I just can't find it in me to leave and move on to the general nursing forum as my new home. So I shall stay here!!! I am so excited for all the new students coming over, those that will be graduating this upcoming year, and those that will soon become official nurses after their NCLEX as well!!!

Congratulations!!!! We appreciate you sticking around for us! There aren't enough actual nurses helping us be better when we're done, so thank you!

lol I graduated a year ago and still lurk around these parts

What's an ATT?

Authorization to test. The state gives you an ATT number after they approve your application. Once you have the ATT you can schedule your NCLEX test. I was the first one in my class to take my NCLEX everyone else is taking it May 31 and June 6th-8th. I was NOT planning on taking it this quick. It only gave me a day and a 1/2 to practice the NCLEX questions. It was either drive 3 1/2 hrs and take it today, or be the last one to take it by having to wait until the 10th.

I still lurk the students more than the graduate section. I like scaring the niibs.

I've never even been in the graduates section. lol I went to the NCLEX forum Friday when I got my ATT and got freaked out and ran out of that dang forum until after I took the NCLEX today. Now I am stalking every PVT post to see if there has been anyone it hasn't worked for yet. lol

The "good one". The one saying that I can't register again because I already have a spot, I don't remember the exact wording now, but I did the steps in the forum to do the PVT and got what they said is good sign you passed. I wasn't able to go to the CC page to re-register. I was CERTAIN I failed this morning after I did it. It shut off after 75 questions and I was getting freaked out at around 67, my 75th was a math question, the only one and then it shut off. Anyway, I was in and out in about an hour and I was for sure I failed. Hopefully the PVT really works. lol

Does CSBN have a license look up? I know here in KS we were able to look up our license within 6 hours on the state website, well before I heard if i passed.

They do but it's not on there yet. A friend in my class that did the LPN last summer said that it didn't show on the website until 2 weeks when she passed the PN boards. So I will keep checking but I am assuming I will have to wait for the Quick Results Wednesday morning. I did have my ATT the next day from turning in the Application in Denver, so you never know. It might get on there quick. I took it in WY and the lady at the testing center said they get their results right away. (WY applicants) I will be in for a world of shock if that trick doesn't work. LOL

I am hoping it goes on the state website soon so I can start applying for jobs. I got a 2 weak head start from my class by going today.
