Hi all, just got accepted to SDIRC School of Practical Nursing starting August 13! I'm really excited and plan not only to pass but EXCEL in this program!

Wow!! Where do ya'll go to school? My LPN is 12 months!!! I will graduate in August. I hope with your program being 17 and 18 months long maybe you'll be able to actually absorb and retain the information better than I have. Good luck! Angie

Hey there,

I will be starting my LPN classes this fall, but will be getting a head start in a couple weeks by taking a couple classes over the summer.

Congrats on getting into the program and all the best to everyone else getting started. :)

I will start a 10 month LPN program here at my local CC. I hear its pretty intense because there's so much to learn but I am ready. Classes don't start until August. Good luck everyone!!

[Congrats Ahshay. How are you planning your study time and work etc? Which is the most challenging course? Any other pointers?:redbeathe

Congrats! I will say this, I'm finishing a 11 month program here in August and yes it is VERY challenging b/c they cram so much crap into these short semesters makes it somewhat difficult. I recommend not working very much if not at all. Just study in all your spare time. You can do it. Good luck!

Count me in as well. I recieved my latter last week and classes start in August. It is 9 months and I cannot wait!

I start Aug. 11th!!!! So excited, so nervous! Good luck 2 all preparing to enter nursing school!
