What unhealthy thing do you absolutely HAVE TO HAVE - to make it through, or right after your done with... clinicals (students), or your shift (RNs). My poison is a large coke (on ice)... and I am pretending not to have a problem with Nacho Doritos.

Cherry coke and salt/vinegar chips

mine is dr. pepper and any kind of chips.....lately i have been indulging in Crush, but its not getting the job done. but my all time favoriate is LIPTON ICE TEAM EXTRA SWEET IN A GLASS BOTTLE.

I have to say..I'm a beer drinker. Any of the Sam Adams varieties..Winter Lager right now (well not at this moment) Oh and any beer that's German!

so be it an after clinical pub stop or an after shift..beer does me good.

This is what got me through NS as well. I acually factored Starbucks into my school expenses! :wink2:

We have a starbucks on campus that we can use our meal plan for....unfortunately one drink uses almost as much money as a whole cafeteria meal! :D

For me....a glass of Merlot with a cig.

On my way to class or clinicals I like to stop at Hunan Restaurant and pick up an order of house chow mein with curry sauce. If I phone ahead, it's faster than a McDonald's drive-through window. You'd think "gassy" but no, it's really not. Curry lights my fire like an espresso!

An unsweetened ice tea with lots of lemon!!!!!

Ha... somebody from the south who understands tea. Make mine SWEEEEET with lots lemon. As Mark Lowery would say "so sweet that we could use it a maple syrup."

Mmmm, sweet tea. And TONS of lemon!

I wish I liked beer.

The Red Mountain Dew. Its strange because I don't ever drink soda, only when I am on the floor......

At work, fried pork skins and Mountain Dew. At home a tall Margarita! :smokin:

"Man, how I would love some cool ranch Doritos!"

I don't know what your other allergies are, but if it's just gluten, Cool Ranch Doritos are gluten free. Nacho Cheese and one of the newer flavors have wheat flour, but many of the others are gluten free. Of course, if you can't have dairy, then you're out of luck :(

(gluten-free for 6 years now)
