What unhealthy thing do you absolutely HAVE TO HAVE - to make it through, or right after your done with... clinicals (students), or your shift (RNs). My poison is a large coke (on ice)... and I am pretending not to have a problem with Nacho Doritos.:bugeyes:

I have an unhealthy need for foot massages after my shifts. Or....well...I don't think it's unhealthy but my boyfriend does....perhaps it's because he's the one that has to give them to me every night.

coffee before work and then, an ice cold lite beer with ranch flavored wheat thins after work. It's the best part of the day.

In Boston here, we have Dunkin Donuts on every street corner- and when I first moved from CA, thought Dunkin's was as weak as dishwater compared to Starbucks. sigh...

Addicted to large iced raspberry coffee with 3 equals and milk. Who woudda thought I'd stoop to Dunkins? It must be a New England thing cause when I look at the students in my class, at least 50% have a Dunkins cup in front of them. I'm in the wrong business...

So I travel back to visit CA, and guess what they don't have? Dunkins. :bugeyes:

Oh, and I carefully and gently remove the top half of an oreo so that none of the filling remains on it and I toss it in the trash. Then I only eat the side with the filling.

Double stuff just aint enough...

After clinical my ritual is to watch a show I view to be 'smutty' like The Sopranos, Sex and the City, Weeds, or The L Word.

At the end of each semester I treat myself to a great big Cinnabon with a tub of extra Cinnabon goo on the side.

Geez, I think I sound boring, LOL!
