Published

What unhealthy thing do you absolutely HAVE TO HAVE - to make it through, or right after your done with... clinicals (students), or your shift (RNs). My poison is a large coke (on ice)... and I am pretending not to have a problem with Nacho Doritos.

Of course, now that I've gone back and read it, that ^^^ makes me look like a total nutburger.

Yea, you are a nutburger. And that means you are probably a great nurse :heartbeat:bugeyes:

Girl Scout Thin Mints are my vice...and their caramel delights well any GSA cookie in that case(we ended up with 4 boxes of thin mints alone plus the other 6 kinds we bought)!!!

Also on the way to eat certain things...the ONLY way to eat a kit-kat is one delicious layer at a time. And for a Wendy's frosty the only mate is MC D's fries.

Yeah........you've gotta dip the fries IN the chocolate shake to get the full effect!

Specializes in student; help!.
Well, yeah but look at all of the people with VERY specific soda requirements (styrofoam cup, glass, ice, straw, bottle, can, fountain, MCDONALD'S fountain)

We work hard. If we're a little screwy about our snacks, who can judge?

Well, ITA about the soda. Can or McD's fountain above all other choices, for sure. Still, eating a cooking with such particulars is on the odd side. Then again, so am I. :coollook:

Specializes in ER/Ortho.

I must must have a cigarette right after clinical. I cannot even wait to get to my car even though we are not supposed to smoke in the parking lot.

My big feel good treat is gummy bears...not the cheap knock offs, but the good Harpo gummy bears.

This semester my clinical is at a hospital with a Fruitlotti, and they have those awsome fruit smooties which I think will be my new weakness.

"Unhealthy thing?" Thing? As in singular?

What's wrong with you? :clown:

I am also a Coke Classic addict, and I prefer it from a can. Don't think I could make it through work and school without it! :D

oops, clearly I forgot to specify that my coke must be classic, and from can or bottle over ice... thank you.
