It was the school, and I FINALLY got my INTERVIEW phone call!!!

Its next week Tuesday

I am so excited. I wish there was a screaming smilely face because all I want to do is scream at the top of my lungs, jump up and down, cry, and scream some more. Its almost over, I waited for sooooo long.

GottaGetIn, DesertRain, JBRN2B, caeiluna, Jilaweez, Jewels, starbabyfive, Blessed061987, paragon( who's been my private message application buddy from the start) (jeez I swear I'm giving an Oscar speach or something) I know I know I know I am missing soooooooooooooo many other people but you guys have been so supportive about me getting this interview and getting in, and you guys really kept my spirits up when I swore up and down I wasn't going to get a call.

Thank you guys sooo very much, my interview is next tuesday and I promise I'll let you know how it went. I am soooo excited I can't stand myself.

Nurse2bTracy, I haven't given up hope for you yet, I think if anyone deserves to get in you do. Keep calling them, trust me it helps by my umptheifth call they knew my name and my application. Hang in there girl.

Hi everyone

So I'm back from my interview this morning and it was EXCELLENT!!!!

I met with the asst. Dean, who was just super nice, the interview felt like i was sitting there having a convo with an old friend.

She told me it would be an honor if I attended their school, thats like one of the first things she told me (and said multiple times). I've been emailing her since last year about pre-reqs and stuff, so she said she was glad to put a face too a name and that she was working with my file for quite sometime.

She went over all the pre-req classes I completed that will transfer, she went over the scheduling options in the program, she asked me about my job, and what I do, and my strengths and weaknesses and what i thought nursing was about. I had to sign something saying that I was fully informed and aware of what is expected of me as a nursing student. Everything went great but over all she pretty much told me that I got in, she gave me her card and told me too call her in 2 weeks (on a specific date) to hear the official word since the ad com still has to put the finial touches on everything. The secretaries and assistants were sooo very nice. As soon as I walked in, she knew who I was, I can't even begin too tell you how nice they were. I'm on cloud 9. Now I just have to wait for my official acceptance letter, she told me it will come with a bunch of financial aid and scholoarship stuff that I must fill out, and also instructions on paying my deposit and reserveing my seat.

I cant' wait for june when I get that letter....

Oh my goodness! That's incredible! I knew it! YOU GO GIRL! Anytime I have ever had an interview that felt like I was simply "chatting" with someone I knew and comfortably, it was always an indication of a successful interview. I think deep down inside you can always tell if things went smoothly and it seems like they totally did for you. So don't even worry about it anymore. You are in there like swimwear! HEHE! I'm so so proud of you!
