Hello everyone I thought I should start a post for all of us taking the NCLEX in June. Let's discuss what we are studying and what day are you testing? I take mine June 13th. My school was big on ATI so I did the VATI and doing a lot of codes for ATI. I'm reading the NCLEX book they gave us for the 3 day review. I'm also doing the NCLEX mastery app and going to purchase UWORLD tomorrow and do that for the remainder until the exam. I'm also in Illinois btw taking the PN.
I tested on Wed 6/1 in NC. I cut off at 75 questions. Got my quick result today and I passed and I was emailed a copy of my license from NCBON.
I did a live Hurst review back in the beginning of Jan just before my final semester at school. In the 3 days leading up to the test I did 4 Hurst q-reviews (125 questions each). I start my new job on Monday.
Took it in Cali on June 1st, received bad PVT pop up at 48 hours. Awaiting official mail results (usually takes a week to get the "did not pass" letter) I've tried many courses and this isn't my first exam. But my favorite has been the Uworld questions. I loved the rationale and the test was pretty much SATA and priority like UW. I hope to try again soon.
I did mostly NCLEX questions, made sure I read rationales for each answer to understand why it was right/wrong. I seemed clarification in the book only for questions I felt I needed to read more about. Passed in 1 tryï¸ I used uworld.com and I swear by it- eliminates the need to refer to the book at all due to very good and long rationales. Question difficulty was very similar to nclexRN. Used Kaplan Qbank app and 2 month access online that I shared 50/50 with a classmate- it was OK, rationales were short. Did u get the 35 page study guide everyone uses? It's very good, I read that an hour before my nclex and it helped I think.
I take NCLEX on June 14th. I'm Reading Saunders then do Uworld questions for each system. Reading all rationales. Then I will do the Kaplan qtrainers because they are above passing questions and cumulative. I will go back and read the rationales I got wrong on Uworld the last 3 days before I test. I'm also listening to mark Klimeck recordings. I watched hurst I hope this works. There is a lot of content that I do not know.

I took my test this morning. Got 75 questions, the majority of which were SATA. I had no other alternative format questions (ie. dosage calc, hot spots, etc.), and finished in 1.5 hrs.
It was tough but not bad. I had a lot of application and education questions...but the SATA were killing me. Seriously, the majority of my test was SATA. I'm not sure if that is a good or bad thing, but I will check my Quick Results Sunday and update you guys.
Good Luck to those who are testing soon!!
