Hello everyone I thought I should start a post for all of us taking the NCLEX in June. Let's discuss what we are studying and what day are you testing? I take mine June 13th. My school was big on ATI so I did the VATI and doing a lot of codes for ATI. I'm reading the NCLEX book they gave us for the 3 day review. I'm also doing the NCLEX mastery app and going to purchase UWORLD tomorrow and do that for the remainder until the exam. I'm also in Illinois btw taking the PN.
How I conquered the Nclex.. 😃 https://allnurses.com/nurse-registration/international-graduates-that-769927-post9106721.html
Congratulations!!! ... do you feel like uworld really prepared you? I've heard the layout is similar, but do questions compare to the questions from uworld?!
I definitely feel as though Uworld prepared me well. I also used NCSBN for 2 weeks or so but was not impressed. I did Hurst online and loved the content review but was not a fan of the Qbanks. I focused 100% on Uworld for 3-3.5 weeks or so and would do anywhere between 100-150 questions a day and wrote notes on EVERYTHING, even if I got the question correct! I had no problem retaining anything doing this and was able to easily think through my questions on the NCLEX because of it! The rationales really are great and the layout is very, very similar to the NCLEX. I actually did not think that the questions on Uworld were super hard, but they were definitely harder based on what I remember than the NCLEX. Uworld definitely gave me a confidence boost!

thank you :)
Congrats on passing @johsonmichelle! I took my exam on the 28th and the quick results said I passed however the license # isn't on there yet. I was wondering if you have a license # yet b/c a lot of my classmates got their license # the next day. I wasn't sure if it is b/c of the holiday weekend if MBON is slow. I read your post about the MBON.
nope mine is still pending, I took mines on the 29th, hopefully it will be here on there after the holiday, I'm not sure why they decided to post others and not ours.
