Vegas New Grad 35 Posts Feb 15, 2009 congrats....how did you prepare, Just curiousI did a ton of questions mostly from Kaplan and I also did some from Saxton. What I found to be extremely helpful as far as reading material was The Princeton Review's Cracking the NCLEX. The review is done head-to-toe, system by system and it was very easy to follow. They don't bombard you with a ton of information. They just focus on the major topics including medications, assessments, etc. Hope that was helpful!
