  1. I took the RN NCLEX last week and I found out Friday that I passed. It is such a great feeling to have that exam behind me. It was my second time taking it and I almost rescheduled my test date again. I just never felt ready. I used Hurst and Exam Cram. The first time I had way to many resources I was trying to study. I wish everyone the best of luck. Have faith in yourself.
  2. I won't worry about being the only one in your class not to pass. I was one of three in my class that didn't pass the first time and I didn't loose any sleep over it. Some people test better than others or may have been more prepared. I just had to focus on me and what I needed to improve. You may have passed anyway. Did you try the PV trick? I can tell you from my own experience that it does work. Hopefully you passed but if not keep your head up and keep trying.
  3. I just started the NCSBN learning extention online. My pretest score was 62% which lets me know I am not ready. I am doing the 3 week course. I like it so far. I am also going to do Exam Cram. The next time I test I really want it to be my last time.
  4. Sorry to hear you failed. I can relate I fail in August. It will take time to get over it. I recommend taking a few days off to just relax and try it again. Don't give up. Stay positive and you will pass. Claim it and it will be yours.
  5. I finally got back into the books after slumming it. I really had to get motivated to start back studying for the 2nd time around.
  6. I am still not motivated. I took my RN NCLEX on Aug. 13th and failed. I kinda through myself into work and I haven't started back studying. I haven't even payed the money to retest yet. My brain was so tired the first time around and it is hard to get back into the groove of studying again. I wish I had passed that crazy test the first time.
  7. I went to your website and it had me crying. I lost my best friend Oscar (dachsund) a few years ago and I still think about him alot.
  8. Hello everyone, I failed the RN NCLEX for the first time on August 13th. It really hit me hard. I passed my LPN NCLEX the first time around and I used the same study plan. I now know that I should have did more questions and studied more content. I probably won't retest until Oct. or Nov. and I will make sure that I am really ready the next time. The fee to retest just doesn't grow on trees. I wish they would give some kind of discount for having to retest like the review courses provide. I can also testify that the trick does work. I tried to register as soon as 2 hrs after my test and it allowed me to go to the credit card page. I know that we all will pass. We just have to keep praying and stay positive.:flwrhrts:
  9. I took my NCLEX RN today at 8am.I had all 265. I had a bad feeling as I was driving home. I got home and did the Trick and it let me go to the credit card section which means I failed. I am so tired of studying and of having my head hurt from having an information overload. i really didnt want to have to take that test again. It is like your life is on hold until you get it behind you.
  10. Your post is very positive. Thanks for the words of wisdom. I test Thursday and I have faith that I will pass.
  11. I have changed my date twice already. I just don't feel ready. I am now testing on Aug. 13th. My plan is to keep this date.
  12. I am hoping to take my RN NCLEX by the end of July. I graduated in May and I am still waiting for my ATT. Several of my classmates have already taken the exam. Alot of them had several medication questions (meds that they had never seen before), why should the nurse question the doctors order, infection control, crutch walking, SATA. One classmate told me she had alot of ventilator questions. I hope this helps us all. I am doing the ATI online review, Saunders, and Exam Cram.
  13. I got my results today. I PASSED!
  14. I would be pulling my hair out if I had to wait a month for my results. I hope you pass. All we can do now is wait and pray.
  15. I took the PN NCLEX yesterday. The computer stopped at 85. I am now waiting for the 48 hour quick results. These 48 hours feel like months. I know that I have 5 new gray hairs from the anxiety of waiting. Thank God for hair dye. A lot of folks tell me that 85 is a good sign. I sure hope so.
