I got reprimanded at work for not using a bra !

Published

Something happened to me at Wednesday that i thought i would never hear.

I was told by my team leader that bouncing breasts are very inappropriate in the workplace.

There had been several complains on me for a long time (she claims).

And that i from now on, always had to use a bra.

Was she right to correct me like that, should i complain on her ?

My reason for not wearing one, is that i get very easy shoulder pain

from the bra straps :crying2: . It's not to get attention !

I hate regular bras....sport bras is the way I go..much more comfortable:twocents:

Just FTR: even if you pass the pencil test you still need a fitted tank top or tee under your scrubs.

I haven't tried, but i am sure i will not pass the pencil test (or even a dozen pencils).

After what I can remember, my size is 40ddd so i have a hard time finding good ones.

But i will consider getting a professional bra fitting :)

I think one of the reasons may be because guys fail to see the issue....:icon_roll

I think guys SEE the issue, but don't understand the problem!

Even if you are super flat chested you should wear some type of bra. I sports bra is comfortable. And I agree, some men need to wear a bra! Didn't Kramer and Georges dad invent the manzier? LOL!

**Big or small untamed flapping boobs don't look good on anyone at work! Man or woman!**

There are no excuses for this one.

If it's uncomfortable get a GOOD bra. Get fitted by a professional. Try on a million and just suck it up while at work. At the very least wear a dark (cause I dont want to see your nipples shining through), fitted tank top to keep it all together....lol I spend a lot of money on my bras because I want them to fit good, look hot on me, and be comfortable (and yes you can get all 3).

I personally (I do have a big chest) wear a bra, a tank top, and my scrub top.

I also do not wear a bra, I wear these great white camisoles from New York and Company (its like a mall dept store, most places have them). They are sooo comfortable and they have built in support. They are also a great buy at around 10-15 dollars a piece. I find that most bras hurt too after 12 hours, especially in the strap area. I have a fairly small bust though, but its just a really good option. I wouldn't suggest them for larger busts, though.

PS, this thread is great! :lol2:
