How do you think the New US President will affect Retrogression?

It is so hard to wait. I have been watching the news but I really don't get to hear what are their plans for nurse immigrants. As an observer I think Barrack Obama will win. I just hope that something really positive pops up as the new president assumes office. Please share your views on this matter. Thanks:D

The new president will have a few things higher on the priority list than retrogression. The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the economy just for starters.

the new president will have a lot of things on his plate. i beleive that retrogression topic will not be on his agenda for now. would be nice if he will take care of our economy issues, and the problem in iraq...i can see him be busy cleaning the mess that the last commander in chief had done...

Last I heard Obama on the immigration bill, he said that he favored strengthening border security and creating a pathway to citizenship, but then again he's got a lot of assembling to do and tough decisions to make. As for retrogression, let's just hope for the best...

there are lots of priorities to be done first - their economy, secure borders & other stuffs but its nice to know that obama is pro immigration, he wants additional family based & skilled workers visas.

One thing for sure, he wont ship out those 12 million illegal immigrants.

His immigration plan is, more visas for Family-based and for Skilled workers, if it wont happen next year, it will sure happen soon.. The important thing is, Anti-Immigration sentiments have no place in America. Americans have spoken, those anti-immigrants are going down the drain! Congratulations to President elect Barack Obama. Racists and Anti immigrants have no place in the US!

Barack will probably be the worst President the USA has seen since Jimmy Carter.

I think the USA will be seen having a "Weak" Leader with no leadership skills.

He will have little to no impact on Retrogression, Probably he has no clue about Retrogression.

But it seems he's all about rewarding Illegal Aliens in USA with Citizenship, Reward people for committing a Federal Crime.

please don't get your hopes up. he has a huge mess left behind, and no experience leading anything. if he took a job as shift lead at mcdonalds, that would be his most notable leadership position.

for a guy older than 40, that is pitiful. i had more leadership experience than that at age 23.

Oh I just love your source of informaton newsmax! That's not a credible source. Although it's one that a lot of Cuban Americans (as myself, but I don't follow it) seem to follow.

Anyway, I just thought I'd add that we've already had the worst president ever in American history and his time is over January 20, 2009.

He's an attorney, which I believe he would be overly qualified if he applied as a shift leader at McDonalds. We've had almost 8 years of ignorance, lies & deceit representing our nation. It's about time for change and we're going to get it. THANK GOD FOR TERM LIMITS!
