How have you expressed your displeasure about their choice? Are you questioning why they have not been terminated yet?

We have identifiers that are placed on our badges that let patients know their nurse is vaccinated. And that info is shared through internal communication. But it’s none of my business…It’s awfully presumptive and judgy on this forum reminds me of why I got off this..

Look at it this way. Your employer is allowing all involved to understand where the risks for covid are known to exist...in the patient population and in the employee population. Many health professionals may not feel comfortable working in close environments with unvaccinated coworkers. They deserve to at least know so that they can try to protect against breakthrough infection.
Is it "judgy" to ask the person to not smoke right outside the door of the library? How about, is it "judgy" to mention that the line cook just picked that bun up off the floor and brushed it off? Vaccination is a matter of public health. This is a pandemic.

Why shouldn"t you be? You are prolonging the pandemic and keeping it unsafe for folks who can't be vaccinated. Its more about the vulnerable than it is about you.

They are ostracized when it is known that they are unvaccinated because they represent a risk to the other staff. Who wants to be in close spaces with unvaccinated people who may be asymptomatic spreaders of the virus at any given moment? No one wants to have a mild breakthrough case of covid because of their careless coworker.

Who knows. Maybe they are rushed, too busy?
I'm sorry that is not an excuse. A flippant neg today positive tomorrow is callous when a patient could potentially be infected.

This is the vaccinated elitist attitude I speak of. The CDC says you can still get the Delta Virus and spread it even if fully vaccinated.
When will the Snow Piercer COVID Express leave the station?
