How many programs and semesters did you apply for before finally being accepted? What was your GPA/ TEAS score?

I only applied to my local community college's program (ADN) and got in with a 4.0 GPA & 80 on the TEAS.

*EDIT: As to how many semesters, it took me two semesters to finish my pre-reqs.

I applied to 1 program and was accepted, but was an alternate. Thankfully, I got a seat for the semester I wanted.

3.7 GPA

82 TEAS

I've only applied once, for the Fall semester. Won't hear anything until late next month though.

GPA- 4.0.

TEAS- 87.

Got accepted to 4 schools straight out of high school. GPA was around a 3.8.

Not accepted yet. Applied to two last year, hopefully four this year, and 3 next year. Then if nothing happens I am done moving on.

I just got accepted to the only school I applied to with a 4.0 GPA and about a 73 on my entrance exam. It took my 4 semesters of prerequisites before I was able to apply for it.

What was/is your GPA/ TEAS if you don't mind me asking? thank you. WCSU as in CT State school?

Specializes in Surgical Nursing.

I applied and got in to CT community college in Hartford first time. I took 5 semesters of prereqs (including one summer) and had a GPA of 3.8 and TEAS VI of 86.

I've only applied to one school, I'll find out in June if I got accepted.

GPA: 4.0

TEAS/HESI: not required, they accept solely on GPA of pre-req classes

Specializes in Cardiac Telemetry, ICU.

I got in my first try with a 4.0 plus a 94.5 on HESI. It took me 2 semesters to complete my pre-reqs. I was applying to the best ADN program around me though so it required higher entrance scores and pretty much perfect grades.
