This is just a fun thread....Just curious as to the most money you have made in a year as a nurse in terms of gross pay, and what was your title.

$68800 as a nursing supervisor and the rest from my weekend night job as a staff nurse.

50K as a pediatric floor nurse w/17 years experience going in....

20k as a security office for a horrrrrible company - ha, beat that!

In 1981, I was making $4.25/hr as a Weatherizer and paying $50 a month to live in a cabin. I was livin' high on the hog!

I got laid off that Winter, made $39/week on unemployment benefits, and was still able to put money away in savings!

$82,000 last year... staff float pool nurse with 8 yrs experience (very, very little OT). Be a little more this year with the raise we got in July.

72k private duty 36 hours a week. Taxes butchered that ........

Last year $73.000 working 2 jobs one 40hrs a week at ALF on a dementia unit and pt time 24 Hrs a week at a drug and alcohol recovery program

My highest pay was as an IT contractor.....$96000. I think I might follow my mom's advice....get 3+ yrs of bedside under my belt while getting my MSN in informatics. I look at some of the EMC systems and *know* I can do a better job!!!!:yeah:

Thought I wouldn't touch 50k but will probably be above with mandatory overtime thrown in there. Last year I think I made 45k.
