Most of us, most of the time, love being nurses. Secretly...if money wasn't really an issue...and you did need to work somewhere doing something...what "do you want to be when you grow up?"
If money was no object, I'd actually want to be an administrative assistant - someone's secretary! Answering phones, greeting people, stuff like that...crazy, I know.
What about you?
And please....sincere posts only. Let's keep it clean.
Love everybody's answers. There are so many things I'd love to do:
Vet tech.
Have my own boarding kennel in the country...a small one so I could really give all the doggy guests TLC.
Have a B&B on a piece of land where I could have goats, donkies and chickens. I'd learn to make goat cheese and lots of good recipes w/ fresh eggs. A few of the chickens would be Silkie chickens.
Interior designer.
Learn to be a master seamstress so I could re-upholster furniture and make really nice curtains and pillows.
Anything having to do w/ the movies.
Learn to drive a rally car and go to Europe and join the races.
Personal organizer.
Shop owner in a cool small town.
Inventor...lots of ideas I'd love to try to make come to fruition.
start up the best LTC in the world. Spacious rooms wonderful food. Nurses only taking care of three residents CNAs maybe 5 at the most. Never running out of supplies or meds. Heat and air conditioning through entire building plenty of extra rooms to have activities. My list could go on and on.
Everyone would want to be a resident and every nurse and CNA would love their jobs
