I've been having to hold my side while reading the "weirdest name you've heard a patient name her baby" thread.

It got me to thinking that I know lots of interesting dr and nurse names in my area.

We have the surgeon Dr. Butcher

OB/GYN Dr Box

Derm Dr Rash

and my favorite

Urologist Dr. Littlejohn

Do you have any good ones?

Specializes in Peds/outpatient FP,derm,allergy/private duty.
We have a general surgeon, Dr. Sharpf . .. and he insists on that "f" sound at the end. Try to say it . . . :rolleyes:

That's hilarious! :lol2: I can just imagine it, in the OR, Dr. Sharp-fffff -------mask billows out from the air expelled with the "ffff" sound. Or your lips flap like they do when you give your baby the tummy buzz. Funny stuff. :up:
