What is your current 2015 pay as an LPN/LVN?

It truly does depend on where you live. I live in California so knowing the starting rate in some places is good.

I worked in Belmont Ca and I was paid 24.00 as a new nurse in a LTC facility. I moved to Nashville TN and started off at 17.30ph at a nursing and rehab facility.

I was making 15.80 as a Certified Nurse Aide working at a hospital here in Nevada. I asked an LPN her rate of pay at a Live In Home, and she was only making 17 an hour.

I graduated in August 2014. Tested in Sept and passed. Started at LTC and made 15. Now I am doing agency and home health and make 21-24/hr with only 7.5 months experience.

I work in LTC in Illinois. 23.75 /hr. With 19 yrs experience. They recently had a school nurse position open in my area but the pay was only $13.00 PER HOUR

I live in canada..i work at a pediatric hospital making 28 dollars an hour...our scope seems to be different up here

I live in Corning, New York. LPNs here start off at $13.35 at my local hospital and $13.65 at a local LTC facility.
