What is your current 2015 pay as an LPN/LVN?
California. I was employed for a different school district with different job, and after graduating LVN, I just kinda started applying for school jobs. I have 3 kids, so schools schedules are perfect for moms. I pretty much landed this job by luck. Its hard to get into the school system here, because it is such a good job. I am alone in my office, so it does have some down sides. I know at other schools the LVN works 1on1 with a special needs child all day, where here, I am running the Health Office for sick and injured kids.

We have a district nurse RN, but she does IEP and screenings mostly. I am the only (Nurse) licensed personnel here.
