Asking for prayers: multiple nursing students died in car accident

Published

Today has been a very devastating day. Early this morning on the way to clinical some of my fellow nursing classmates were killed in a car crash. There was an 7-8 car pile up, but only the nursing students were killed. There were 7 students all together, 5 killed, 2 critically injured. This deeply saddens me because this was their first semester in the program. It was also their last clinical of the semester. I do not know the 5 students personally but it hits so close to home. My nursing school is very small and we are all like family.

I am posting this to ask for condolences and prayers for the families of these students. Please do not hesitate to post. We would all appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.

I kept getting emails and letters from your college all throughout this semester... then I saw an article about your classmates deaths. I started crying. People were talking about how your program is like a family. It breaks my heart and I will definitely be praying for their families and you and your fellow students and professors.
