April 2008 NCLEX test takers, COME ON IN!

Per the request of janina08 ;) I've started the April NCLEX takers support group. When do you take it? What are you using to study? Would anyone like to review any of the systems/meds that he/she feels weakest on? Let's keep each other in our prayers and good thoughts as we go through one of the biggest experiences of our lives. :) :nurse:

hi everyone in select all that apply questions..if you think that only one answer is correct you only tick that answer?

yes...better do true or false on each item to make sure, but if you think only one is correct then so be it...as far as i can remember, i had a SATA question where i only chose 2 correct answers and that's my minimum number of answers...

hi guys! got my result 5mins ago and i failed :crying2:. it hurts coz i gave all my very best but obviously it wasn't good enough. *sigh*

well, life must go on and like what i've posted before, everything happens for a reason. i just hope next time i'd be able to pass the nclexRN.

i'm still grateful because i passed LVN and i could still work as a nurse:nuke:.

Sorry to hear about your test, but you are right, you will pass the next time and that is a blessing for those of us who have another license to use in case we don't make it the first time.

Maybe you could take a vacation and then get started back into studying.

thanks travel... actually, i don't know yet what to do. i'm gonna look for a job first then maybe take the test again. *sigh sigh sigh*

this was my second time that's why i feel a lil bit depressed :cry:. just really really hope i could make it next time.

hi everyone!i was so late reading this forum.. i wished i had joined your group..i just took the test last april 25.i have never been stressed out in my whole life like that.i puked the night before and just right fater the test and until now i still have a big fat headache from that stupid test.just like others i felt horrible after taking it.it was my 3rd time taking it. .i know i failed for sure again..the first time it stopped at 75-failed,2nd time run out of time at 200-failed,this time it stopped at 75 again!im so scared coz i know i studied to death maybe 10000 q's already from kaplan lippincot and saunders.i had a lot of SATA,prioritization and meds which is out of this world.waiting for the results drive me nuts.i hate this feeling.. and oh,ofcourse did a lot of prayers.to everyone i pray we all pass and the simple encouragements from ur simple messages really helps...

I had to move my exam to May 20 since I still don't have my passport with me. I wasn't expecting that it will take that long. Oh well, I guess that means I still have time to study! Yipee!

Hi Everyone..I took my NCLEX on 4/25 for the 2nd time. Passed at 86 questions! I did Suzannes plan exactly and I wish that I had done that the first time. Plus I was not at all nervous, I just kept telling myself its only a test, I can take it again.

I did not open a book the night before. When I got into the exam center I wrote all of my labs values and tips for remembering calculations on the board immediately. Suprised that 75% of the exam was Select all that apply. Which is the one area that I tought was not my strongest.:nurse:
