April 2008 NCLEX test takers, COME ON IN!

Per the request of janina08 I've started the April NCLEX takers support group. When do you take it? What are you using to study? Would anyone like to review any of the systems/meds that he/she feels weakest on? Let's keep each other in our prayers and good thoughts as we go through one of the biggest experiences of our lives. :)

hi everyone..i took my nclex on 4/25 for the 2nd time. passed at 86 questions! i did suzannes plan exactly and i wish that i had done that the first time. plus i was not at all nervous, i just kept telling myself its only a test, i can take it again.

i did not open a book the night before. when i got into the exam center i wrote all of my labs values and tips for remembering calculations on the board immediately. suprised that 75% of the exam was select all that apply. which is the one area that i tought was not my strongest.

hi! i just recently took my exam last saturday april 26 2008. it shut off at 75. had 5 SATA's 2 computations and 4 drugs that i hardly even know. i felt that i guessed most on all the 75 except for the computation. hay... california doesnt have quick results that's why im anxiously waiting for the snail mail. what do you think? did i pass?

wow just home now (1145pm) and i took the NCLEX today and i have NO CLUE whether I passed or not....... I studied MAN DID I STUDY, but my question is where was all that I studied.... VERY difficult.... I am clueless...... not a good day......... got my fingers toes and feet crossed......... just cant imagine HOW i will climb back on the horse if I dont pass- as that was some test......... HARD...... cut me off way to soon....... sigh...... 75 and clueless, and exhausted in alaska......

will let you know but will this group move into May or ?????? thanks Mave..... pray for me........ I need it...... and so does my fellow nursing student who took it today as well........... NOT EASY and man...... i wish i had a better feeling thats for sure......... sigh....

how to study for that exam again? I HAVE NOT GOT A CLUE....I felt READY.... and then i struggled........ HARD....... so subjective.... why cant they just give us an objective test? I know.. but this test today kicked my bu____. sigh.........

i had about 4-5 sata, 2 med calcs, and a bunch of drugs i had no idea about either, and i passed. so, keep the faith high!

i felt the same way, aimless. actually, i felt as though i knew i had failed! i cried a lot during those days, but the best news came a few hours later, so don't go too much by how you feel right now. it's a deceiving feeling because i think that the better you do, the worse you feel when leaving the testing center, unless you are extremely sure that you passed. i felt extremely sure that i'd failed. :chuckle keep praying. god has you in his hands.

Take the day before exam as a day off and try to relax especially the brain. Otherwise I would just suggest practice questions and look at the rationale especially on the ones you get wrong. Good luck
