I start a week after graduation

I am torn and likely will not make the decision until after fall semester! (I graduate in the Spring) Part of me wants to get it done and over with, and another part of me wants a bit of a break. I may just start the fall after graduation, but start slow depending on which program I choose and whether or bit I am gainfully employed!

My suggestion would be to do it immediately, either FT or PT, since it will open up more job opportunities.
Many hospitals simply will not consider

I graduate next may and start my BSN in June. Not much of a break, but it's a condition of employment.

Since I have to have my license to enter a RN to BSN, I will as soon as possible once I pass boards. We graduate in July, can sit on boards by August and then I will go right in.

I start a week after graduating also.
You can't enter the RN to BSN until you are licensed, so I will be doing co-req's until then.
This is not universally true, the majority of the programs I am looking into will take recent ADN students, even if they have not sat for NCLEX and passed.

I graduate on Saturday. Already enrolled and start in August. I will take patho, the only pre req I have left. I hope to entered the program Jan 2014.
My RN-BSN program will let students take two courses without a license (Nursing Ethics and Nursing Theory) since both are offered in June I'm getting them out of the way, this also gives me registration priority over the ADNs starting in the fall or spring. I will have 1/4 of my BSN nursing courses completed before I sit for NCLEX. The only reason I got a call for the interviews I've had was because I was enrolled in a RN-BSN program and had proof of class registration.

I made the choice to not start that transition for a year. Being a new nurse is hard and I do not feel I could handle my job, plus starting a new program. I also have $16,000 in student loans and am not interested in adding to that debt.
