True. And, actually, there were cases of cheating as in how PA went about changing their election laws, for example. That doesn't mean it changed the outcome, but there was cheating.

I would just rather politicians simply wish everyone happy holidays and leave it at that.

Apparently the Truth Social post came minutes after the White House one. I can't even unpack the Truth Social post as it sounds like unhinged Democrat derangement syndrome, His White House message seems way off coming from such a person who unless he became born again this morning is no Christian that I can tell.

Credible Fear Determinations

If the IJ concurs with the negative credible fear finding, the alien will be subject to expedited removal. How will Trump resolve this stalemate?

I think he finds excuse after excuse to not do as told. He calls the bluff of the checks and balances. Trump thinks that no one will push back significantly enough to stop him. He is above the law. He resolves it by refusing to comply using various lies, ploys, and obfuscations.

His cabinet does not enjoy the same immunity that the SCOTUS gifted Trump. I think Noem should be held accountable.
