I think that what most people (democrats and some republicans) are having an issue with is that this was an illegal deportation.  Okay so we are all clear there.  Since that was the case, bring him back, return him to his family and let him have due process.  That is the US  law <<<<<this is the issue.

As far as his past goes that can all be argued through court systems if/when he's returned and allowed due process.

What's bothering most Americans and what they are standing up for is the law.  If we allow things like this to slip through and just bypass us as Citizens.  What other laws could possibly be broken and bypassed if we just sit by and let them happen.   We've learned this through history and people are nervous and afraid.

And that's the point right there. However instead of focusing on the law, the democrats decide to run a propaganda champaign on trying to say that this person in question was just an innocent man wanting to a better life in the US and was completely targeting and victimized by the Trump administration.  All because of his skin colors and tattoos.

All the while this person broke the law entering the US illegally, beat a woman and has ties to MS-13(terrorist group), eventhough he really doesn't like them anymore.

If the democrats stuck to the law part of the issues, instead of trying to defame Trump, I would say the man would have a better chance. However it's never about the person, it's about slandering Trump.

Focus on the law, not Trump, not the man.  However I dint think the democrats really care about the latter.

However losing an election didn't seem to provide any sessions so I'm not expecting anything to change...... status quo....

Apparently, the White House didn't give the go ahead to send the letter to Harvard.

Is the shadow government getting too much attention or is Trump just trying to disassociate himself from the actions of his team?

Maybe the Trump administration has more incompetent bullies on staff than it does qualified professionals.

I think of it as the Ken Lay Syndrome. Others might call it plausible deniability. A favorite trump tactic. Didn't believe it when Ken Lay and Rick Scott tried it and don't believe it now.

Duckspeak doubleplusungood.

Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? We know what you say he's done, but that's all ... hence the calls for due process.

FYI: Abregi is not undocumented. He is a legal resident by way of a protective court order. Even if he entered illegally, it's a misdemeanor (6 months/$50 fine). Unproven accusations of various criminal behaviors hardly justifies indefinite imprisonment in a foreign prison specifically designed to be an Arpaio-style torture prison for gang members.

(In my view, it's a concentration camp. Trump is paying millions to a foreign government to run it to shield him from political consequences.)

I get that your heart bleeds for trumps perpetual victimhood, but that doesn't change the facts of the case.

Keep up.

No more than the perpetual victim hood of violent criminals.

Besides, believe all women right?

Hmph - leave it to trump to wrap his enemies list in a religion he doesn't even follow or believe in.”

Non sequitur of the day: Easter is named after Eostre, an Anglo Saxon goddess and is the only Christian holiday set by the phases of the moon. It's on the first Sunday after the first full moon after the Spring equinox. Rabbits are sacred to Her.

End of derail ... carry on ...

We all needed a good reminder of the Easter traditions of GOP Geezus and his American spokesperson today.  Thanks for sharing Tweety.

It does provide evidence that many of his supporters are also not really Christians although they claim that title.  We will know that by their lukewarm or tepid response.  The Bible discussed lukewarm followers of The Christ so that we would be able to discern their deviation from His teaching.

Aside from maybe the "cheating" of the 2020 election, (as least he didn't say stolen) none of it is a complete lie. Crudly expressed but not untrue.

Perhaps the democrats were celebrating the forgiveness of Jesus by advocating for a gang/terrorist group member who beat his wife?

Yeah. He totally shouldn't have mentioned Biden. A true and traditional ""Catholic"" . 😆

Is he in this "Al Salvador prison camp"? Didn't some democrat travel there and visit him? I wonder if the people in Nazi concentration camps were released well nourished, wearing clean nice clothing for a casual lunchen? Hahaha. This democrat isn't very good at the propaganda game. Or he would have had him shackled looking beat up and in bad health. Whoops 🤭
