Dismissed from nursing school...fought back and won in court!

Nursing Students General Students

I would like to share my account of what happened to me the final semester in nursing school...how I failed the final semester of nursing school, was dismissed from nursing school, then fought back and won in monumental proportions in court.

There is much disturbing evidence and testimony to indicate that I was used by my nursing school as a cover up for an egregious grade fixing scandal by them. Upon information and belief, I sued on counts of fraud, discrimination, and breach of contract (breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealings).

I have not the time now to fill in on details. But would like to add that the school used a rather clever and deceptive way to fix the entire outcome of a semester gone bad.

Please share your thoughts on this...more details coming later.

You admit that you failed and you sued because you didn't benefit from the fraud the school committed? The school may be guilty of fraud but, either way, you failed the semester. If they granted you a diploma which made you eligible to take NCLEX based on this lawsuit, you may view this as a victory. BUT, in this day and age of information sharing, you're going to apply for jobs and they will undoubtedly Google you. If they do and find out that you only graduated because you sued the school, I wouldn't be expecting any job offers...

I really doubt this entire story. The main cause for discrimination in the suit was because he was male. Well his profile on here says female...

???fiction

That's what I was thinking..,

If this really happened, this would at least be in the news, like previous cases when people have sued nursing schools...like the three students who got kicked out for photographing something in clinical and it was a huge HIPAA case...or one of those cases...I'm sure I'm reaching here, but a scandal like this should at least have local media around it...:whistling:

The OP hasn't confirmed or denied that the googled article is about him/her. There's a good chance that the link isn't even about the OP....

I am fairly certain this poster had a thread several months ago about this very issue- and it was a female IIRC. Let me look around and see if I can come up with it. The OP had a different screen name.

Could possibly be this one: https://allnurses.com/registered-nurses-diploma/help-im-shut-838085.html
