  1. A 75% was passing at my crooked nursing school. But that was only if the instructors got satisfactory results. If too many students were failing when "final" grades were calculated, my nursing school just fixed final averages either by: manipulating weights of exams, arbitrarily applying points, or awarding more correct answers for test questions (which called for "select the BEST" answer) that were determined by them to be ambiguous after they had already been determined to be good, valid questions all semester long. Seems difficult to believe, right? It's the truth, I swear!
  2. That's not the case. I want to teach educators that fixing grades is cool because it improves results. If your students are performing poorly in your course, just fix the results and it all works out! Yeah fixing grades is cool!
  3. Hey you. You're irritating me.
  4. Huh? What's going on here?
  5. My bad for not making a clarification. There was an order to dismiss my lawsuit with prejudice in the courts filed by the opposing attorney after settlement was made; I guess that is considered a "public record".
  6. Thank you! I take your reply as a sincere complement. "Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit." -Napoleon Hill
  7. What precautions are in place to prevent faculty/schools from cheating? There are NONE! Cheating really IS a double standard! As I look back and reflect upon my nursing school experience, I recall all of the school's drastic measures to prevent students from cheating and the harsh consequences implemented by the school when a student was caught cheating. Hmmm...now in hindsight I have discovered in a big way that the real cheater was the school itself! Hypocrites?? Yes they were!, they preached the opposite of their own habits. Some of the instructors and school officials at that school were shameless GRADE FIXERS!
  8. I couldn't agree with you anymore about people settling out of court all the time. Actually only about 5% of all lawsuits go to trial. Most are either dismissed before trial or settled out of court.
  9. Maybe it should be in the psych forum? Maybe then people reading this thread would finally "get it". But until then, this certainly is not a poetry forum. And what planet are you from?
  10. There not only IS a record of my lawsuit out there but just to inform you, 3 other students sued the school and a faculty member filed AND won a whistleblower lawsuit pertaining to the same matter. That makes 5 total different Plaintiffs out of 1 semester!
  11. What can I say? The best advice I can give all of you educators out there is this... If you're not happy with the results of your course JUST FIX THEM!
  12. The name of my company, my friend, is for me to know and for YOU to find out. Big market for this out there, BIG BIG market.
  13. My plan for the future is currently in progress. Since I left nursing school, I abandoned the world of nursing altogether and moved on in a big way. I started my own business utilizing what I learned in nursing school. I am the owner of an educational consulting company. The primary goal/objective of my business is to educate educators about the many different ways to fix grades.
  14. Do you have any rational explanation for a passing standard which a 71 passes and a 72 fails?
