My nursing school took great measures to fix grades when not happy with outcomes. However, this nursing school took great measures to prevent students from cheating. They had a zero tolerance policy towards cheating and any students caught cheating...

That's not the case. I want to teach educators that fixing grades is cool because it improves results. If your students are performing poorly in your course, just fix the results and it all works out! Yeah fixing grades is cool!

My bad for not making a clarification. There was an order to dismiss my lawsuit with prejudice in the courts filed by the opposing attorney after settlement was made; I guess that is considered a "public record".

I couldn't agree with you anymore about people settling out of court all the time. Actually only about 5% of all lawsuits go to trial. Most are either dismissed before trial or settled out of court.

There not only IS a record of my lawsuit out there but just to inform you, 3 other students sued the school and a faculty member filed AND won a whistleblower lawsuit pertaining to the same matter. That makes 5 total different Plaintiffs out of ...

What can I say? The best advice I can give all of you educators out there is this... If you're not happy with the results of your course JUST FIX THEM!

Standard, what standard? There was no passing standard. How can you define a passing standard contingent upon many unexplained and unidentified changes to final grades?

The true, unaltered result of the semester was never disclosed to students but rather it only materialized after much investigative work and valuable insider tips.

The double standard is that it is ok for schools to cheat but not ok for students to cheat.
