Ok, AN, it's guilty pleasure time. What do you do that you know as a nurse you shouldn't? Chain smoke? Binge drink on the weekends? Lecture a patient on a healthy lifestyle then go home and slam down a whole mac-n-cheese pizza? Ride your kick-a** donorcycle to work? Do back flips on your trampoline while juggling swords?
Out with it!
I salt everything. I mean literally everything. Pizza? Salt that bad boy. A green granny smith apple? SALT. I will salt my salt. I will eat the salt off a margarita glass and out of the bottom of the soft pretzel tray. I LOVE SALT. One of my good friends is a cardiac nurse and she will literally start to have convulsions if we go out to lunch or dinner together because I'm slamming salt everywhere. LOL!!!
Funny enough, I have great blood pressure.
I drink ABSURD amounts of caffeine. Absurd. I love diet mountain dew. It's like straight crack to me. I bet my resting heart rate is about 110 at any given moment.
I also keep putting off my physical. :/
I can not even begin to imagine that there are people in this world who eat only "Air-Popped" popcorn. Popcorn.......plain? No salt, no butter? And I love to put Nutritional Yeast on mine!
Even though I love salt, I do love plain air popped popcorn. But my new favorite way to eat popcorn is off the stove. You use just a little oil and let them pop. Then sprinkle with copious amounts of popcorn salt. I prefer the popcorn salt over regular salt because the grains are a lot finer =]

Um, daynuh? This is what we used to call "popping corn". Before air pop. Before microwaves. And before Jiffy Pop.
