Where do you nurse, hospital/homehealth/hospice/nursing home/ clinic?

Second question what is your speciality?

I gave up hospitals, shift work and working understaffed, now currently work as a practice nurse in a medical practice, l actually enjoy going to work now.

HELLO NURSES!

I am looking for an internship this summer, and would love some suggestions of nursing magnet hospitals in bay area.

Med-Surg internships sounds interesting.

Also, I would like some suggestions, where should I take the classes for PALS, ACLS and MDS coordinator workshops??

Anybody with info, please email me: [email protected]

Diploma RN (1970), multi areas & no speciality...feel lost in this world of specialized care.....whine....:nurse:

Been around done alot from hospital nursing cardiac unit for 8 years, to hospice case management, school nursing, dialysis, until now I found my true love besides cardiac: Health service director in 2 assisted living facilities.

Just what are the responsibilities of a Health Service Director of an ALF? Are you on call 24/7?

An inquiring mind in action tonoc...THX for your time....
