What's your take on Allheart.com?

i have read on allnurses that allheart can take forever to receive an order. i can't afford that kind of time wasted on an item i really need. let's take a vote - who has gotten their items fairly quickly (4-6 days) and who has had to wait an eternity for their items? allheart does have some phenomenal prices and i'd like to take advantage of them!

I refuse to use them. I had ordered my stethoscope for school and it did not come in on time. Ended up buying a second one at the university's bookstore. At that time (~ 2 yrs ago) they didn't have a phone number on their website. After a small internet investigation I called their main store in California and still my stethoscope was later than they had originally stated. They offered no apology. Therefore, I refuse to use them.

I ordered a stethoscope from them the day before yesterday. I got an email yesterday saying that they had mailed it. I hope it doesn't take long to get here. I guess I will find out soon. I'll try to remember to post when it arrives so that you'll know how it goes. I did notice that they have a customer service number on their web site now. So, maybe they had quite a few complaints and decided to make a few positive changes. Hope so.

Never had any trouble, and have ordered from them at least a half dozen times over the last year. Items shipped when promised, arrived as expected. Will continue to order from them!

I too had a bad expereince with them. Ordered a scope and something else...cannot remember now...no email no nothing...it took me forever to find a phone number for them...it was not on the site, I had to work to find it. Then I call and she says..."well your scope was backordered" I ask why was I never notified? Well they apparently do not do that. I asked to cancel my order and she says ok...but then she was not going to credit my card back the money!! YIKES!!! I have avoided them like the plauge since then!!!

I have ordered a few times and not have any problems. I had ordered a stethoscope with engraving and it was recieved in a timely manner.

Yeah they were having problems like a year or so back. However, I just ordered scrubs etc on Thursday night and I got an email that my order was shipped on Friday....

I won't use them. Terrible customer service.

As an example, I ordered a stethescope from them. I needed it. It was out of stock. It took my going through the Google and several long distance phone calls to find that out. When they credited my money back part of it was missing and I had to call again.
