What's your take on Allheart.com?

i have read on allnurses that allheart can take forever to receive an order. i can't afford that kind of time wasted on an item i really need. let's take a vote - who has gotten their items fairly quickly (4-6 days) and who has had to wait an eternity for their items? allheart does have some phenomenal prices and i'd like to take advantage of them!

i ordered pants for work on the 16th, they sent me an email on the 17th stating they would email me when the item is shipped haven't recieved that email yet!!

i really need these pants(i'm only aloud to wear gross seafoam green color as a tech), i hope they come like really soon!!!

I've ordered from them 6-8 times and have always gotten my items quickly. I even called them once to order something that they did not have online and received it quickly and with no problems. My orders are always scrubs, though. I've never ordered a stethoscope from them.

I haven't read all of the posts here, but I will never order from them again. The site does not state if a certain item is in stock or not. I ordered a top I needed for a clinical. My credit card was charged the next day. Two and a half weeks passed and I still hadn't received it. I e-mailed Allheart to check on the status of my order. Took 2 days to reply. I was told the item was on backorder and they were expecting the shipment in a week. I just cancelled my order and went to three uniform stores before I found what I needed. Would have been nice if my order confirmation stated so.

I've ordered scrubs from them twice with no problems. Once something I ordered was on backorder, but they let me know it was on backorder and send the rest of my items. I recieved the backordered item when it was in stock, which was the time they stated.

The beautiful new ceil blue Littman Classic Se II stethoscope (with my name on it), and the few other things that I ordered from allheart last week arrived today. Everything that I ordered arrived in one shipment and in good shape. I was surprised at how quickly I got it since I had my name put on my beautiful stethoscope. I am very satisfied with the service I got from them.

I looked at Jasco Uniform. Not are they only cheaper on Littman Stethoscopes, but they take upto 5 days to ship.

I just ordered a steth, shoes, and some other things, and was very happy with the service. It was very fast shipping, and didn't have any problems.

I got my steth and scrubs from them and had no problems...they were shipped very quickly.

And this post is from 2007 and I think their service since then has changed and there IS a phone number on there because I called them because I read this post and got nervous... But I got it all in good time!

I have ordered quite a few things from Allheart, and they have always arrived quickly and in great condition. I've had no problems from them. I have ordered scrubs, a stethoscope (with my name on it), and other things. I would not hesitate to order anything from them again. My experience has been great.

I placed my second order from them last week.... My first order came with in 8 business days and everything was in order. My second order hasn't arrived yet but the day after I ordered I got an email with my tracking information and have been checking it daily and it seems to be moving across the US. Hope to get it in a few days.....I'm sure that I will use them again, no problems

I ordered scrubs from them about 4 years ago and it took a month for me to get them. I'll never order from them again. They may have changed their policies and customer service, but I've moved on and found online sellers that have fantastic customer service and better prices.
