  1. Ok, just got my results in the mail today (wasn't expecting to get them in the mail before online), but I PASSED!!!! The trick worked for me!!! And even after doing it, I doubted it, but here I am...an RN!! :)
  2. I must have done pretty darn good then!! LOL Let's hope anyway!
  3. Well, let's hope the pop-up doesn't fail this time around. I am getting it and I am super worried about the test...walked out of there feeling horrible. So, I am praying it is acutally a fact!!!
  4. Well, I took it in WI, but my license will be in IL. Thanks so much for the info...still getting the pop-up...unfortunately I'll probably be checking it all night. I have a huge headache after that and want to go to bed...but I have a 4 year old, so not possible right now. That was TORTURE!!!
  5. Thanks...it does say delivery successful... How do I check for my license number?
  6. I just got back from my test and checked the website and I got the popup, but I'm wondering, how soon is too soon to check that way??? Is it an immediate thing or not?? I'm freaking out - that was the worst test I have ever taken in my life and I feel so uneasy about it...
  7. Congrats on passing!!! That is great!! I take mine on Tuesday and I feel exactly how you explained it...studying away but still feeling like I'm getting nowhere (even though I am sure I am). pharm is a big issue of mine!!!
  8. I wanted to do hurst after reading about it...I need the background info for the patho as well...I believe that is what I am lacking and that would be a good place to get it...but I know I can't take that on top of Kaplan right now...so I will have to do the best I can with what I have!
  9. Well, I ended up getting my ATT today...both nervous and excited at the same time!!! So, I go February 9 at 1PM.
  10. Thank you so much for that info!! I really wish the class would have been more than answering questions...I wasn't aware that was all it would be...sounds like you have a good class. Ideal! But this leaves it on me to sharpen my knowledge...I just want something that will help the information about diseases and such STICK! I will definitely check out those other books to get the info I am looking for!! Thanks again for the great suggestions!!
  11. I happened to find it the other day too...it was under the random fact sticky, but there are a million pages there. But yes, I printed this out as well!! Good info!
  12. I am still waiting for my ATT...I have done my part, but waiting for the school to send out our paperwork...so once I get that, my plan is to try to sign up for mid February. I just finished my Kaplan review course today and I plan on continuing to review that book as well as take the Qbank questions and possibly Saunders. Good luck to everyone!!! And yes, WE CAN DO IT!!!
  13. I've seen several references to the Exam Cram book for the NCLEX-RN and came SOOOO close several times to buying it. Can anyone tell me what this book has that others may not or what makes it good? I am currently taking the Kaplan class and was a little disappointed that we are reviewing questions only the entire time and now I am reading some saying you need more than just that to answer questions which is not what they are telling us. I am learning things from the class as we go along, but I just feel like this book is calling my name and I don't know why!! If anyone has further information on the book, let me know!! I think I just need something that will help me learn some of the stuff I may not know and not sure the Kaplan book will do that fully! Thanks!!! Lori
  14. I think I would have gone with the one that has it attached...but I didn't see them...so I had the one without. But really, to have it all right there would be nice...just my opinion! The less stuff you have to carry around and jam in your pockets, the better. You may think one calculator may make a huge difference, but trust me, it does...LOL
  15. My quick response... Who cares what the reason may be, the only thing that really matters is that you care about your patients and take care of them the way you would want yourself or a family memeber taken care of...some people have that caring personality, others don't...if you don't, I think this is the wrong field to be in.
