What's your take on Allheart.com?

i have read on allnurses that allheart can take forever to receive an order. i can't afford that kind of time wasted on an item i really need. let's take a vote - who has gotten their items fairly quickly (4-6 days) and who has had to wait an eternity for their items? allheart does have some phenomenal prices and i'd like to take advantage of them!

I will not use allheart.com. I ordered a stethoscope last year at the end of November as a Christmas gift for someone. I didn't find out until a week before Christmas that the item was out of stock and it would be after the first of the year before I could expect shipment. Why it took 3 weeks for them to tell me that an item I ordered was back ordered, I really don't know. But I do know that they lost me as a customer for life.

I like Allheart. I just ordered a stethoscope, penlight, and bandage scissors on Wednesday and it shipped today. You can get updates of your order, but you have to check a box during checkout. They immediately tell you if something is out of stock. But I can see how it can be confusing, because the box is small and easy to miss.

But yeah, the prices were great, I got my Littman Classic II S.E. for $64. They wanted 131 at my local medical supply shop.

I ordered scrubs from them about 4 years ago and it took a month for me to get them. I'll never order from them again. They may have changed their policies and customer service, but I've moved on and found online sellers that have fantastic customer service and better prices.

Please, do share those sellers!!! I am always looking for other places!

I have used allheart.com several times and the only thing that I had to wait for so far has been the tooniforms scrubs (on clearance) I've waited months for a few scrub tops. My stethescope came within days, (littmann cardiology III for $127...WOW!) and plain scrubs have also come in days. You could also try tafford.com. They have really nice stuff and it comes quickly. I havn't had any problems with them.

I have ordered all my scrubs and my stethoscope from them and got it FAST. Not only that, I had to exchange my pants for a different size and they got those within a couple of days AND sent out the new size 2 days after. I'm a shopper and I have ordered some clothes from major companies that didn't do as well as Allheart. :yeah:

I just purchased a stethoscope on the 14th and it arrived today, (25th). I had it engraved and the engraving is a different font than what I chose. No big deal, at least it has my correct name on it. The price was better than any other site I checked.

I ordered my steth from them on the 14th too and I have been tracking it. I still have not received it but it may be at my doorstep now, if not today it will be tomorrow.

I did have the engraving done as well so I knew it was going to take a few more days to have that done.

My stethoscope took a week to arrive which was annoying considering I could have driven to their West LA store to pick it up myself if I knew it was going to take that long and I could have saved on shipping. My scope arrive before I even got the shipping notice.

Hey! I bought a couple scrubs from them too a few weeks ago and my order came in less than 2 weeks. The only difficult thing about ordering from Allheart is that its limited. You may not get the color and size you won't cuz they won't have it available unless you wana wait. Right now i wana buy some more and I'm checking LydiasUniforms or check Tafford too they have a lot of bargains but I get XS on scrub tops and bottoms so Ill only get whats available online. I don't know where they are located but you would have thought they were my neighbor.

I ordered a stethoscope with laser engraving at 2:00 one day and it was at my house around 2:00 the next day. I didn't pay for expedited shipping either. I was floored. I don't know how they did it.

I just looked...they are in MD and I'm in PA. So I'm kind of close but I got my engraved order in 24 hours. You can't beat it. Their prices are also very good.

I'm probably going to order some scrubs soon so it will be interesting to see how fast they get here.

I've ordered scrubs, bp cuff, and many other goodies and every time my order arrived within a few days and without any problems. I love allheart and use them a few times each year.
