What are the top 5 medications YOU administer daily?

I want to read about medications that are nornally given by nurses, what do you normally deal with on your floor? I'm hoping to see a common drug list, but who knows...

Yep those are the everyday meds at my nursing home too. Colace, Coumadin, Insulin, and lots of Xanax or Ativan!

Morphine sulfate, bisacodyl suppository, atropine, ativan and albuterol. Hospice nurse :)

Bicarb/D50/Insulin/Calcium/Kayexalate (for whatever reason, we've had a ton of hyperkalemic people this week)

Dividing into areas:

Pre-op Versed, famotidine, cocaine-epi nasal sprays, afrin nasal spray, ancef, claforan, levaquin

We do alot of nasal surgeries and urology surgeries so that accounts for some of the odd sprays and abx.

PACU Dilaudid, Fentanyl, Demerol, Morpphine, Zofran, promethazine

Dismissals Oxycodone (All types and forms) Hydrodone, Zofran, promethazine, mitomycin

This list is from what I'm thinking I gave\dealt with this week, each seems different!

Paracetamol, Coloxyl and Senna, pantoprazole, frusemide, clarithromycin, ceftriaxone, metformin, coated aspirin, perindopril, atenolol.

Haldol, Ativan, Seroquel, Depakote, and Zypreza. Guess what type of floor! Haha
