So Manchin despite the polls showing his constituents are all for HR1 and in full step with the Dems agenda, still is resistant! 

If it was me, I would destroy his political career! Primary him and not give him a penny, even if a republican wins! 

Absolutely no tolerance for stupidity especially when it's related to pride!

This is what needs to happen to Manchin!

Even if he capitulates, the Dems need to make sure that he's not revoted in! 

He's a dangerous fellow. Likes the limelight too much!

I really hope I don't have to comment or say something funny, for everyone to understand the implications of this?

The current acting chief of protocol, Asel Roberts, is part of the entourage traveling with the President and first lady in England this week.

Good thing "Jill from Philly" is brushing up on protocol even if she doesn't have any interest in it because the British take these things seriously and no need to insult them.  LOL

Seems like a photo op because in 2021 someone would be looking at a computer screen rather than an old fashioned book.  LOL

If it's already printed on paper, I'd rather read it on paper.  Noted also that she reads the newspaper in newsprint form.  I prefer newsprint myself.  I'm not sure why except that information assumes more gravity for me if it is memorialized on paper.   Two days a week, our daily newspaper comes only in electronic platform which is fine because Monday and Tuesday are the quietest news days but it doesn't offer the sheer luxury of having the paper spread out on the table with breakfast.

I still buy vinyl records and regular print books.  Although I do get news online and listen to Spotify and stream musics.  I'm a mix and have preferences as well.

Of course you would wonder that, you are a Trump supporter.  You have no idea what is going on from your daily dose of Nut News!  A smart woman sitting at the desk prepping for something? I know Trump supporters, it is confusing because you never saw anything like that looking at the Trump administration for 4 years!

By the way, Trump supporters, the President of the United States is at the G7.  He is not illiterate and he is not friends with our enemies, like Trump.  Thus, our president did not just show up to the G7 unprepared to give a speech the dolt Trump gave years ago!   Our president actually prepared himself and is rebuilding relationships with those who support democracies.  In other words, President Biden works for a living, unlike traitor and twice impeached former president, Trump.

I didn't know that was his desk.  

She's touring with the Duchess of Cambridge today.  If you're really interested in what Biden is doing he has his own Twitter account separate from hers where he's not banned.  She has her own agenda separate from his there.   I don't see his kids attending meetings and sitting with him representing the US either.  I have a feeling this is going to present better than Trump on the International stage.  But obviously some people liked Trump's gruff style like when he appeared to shove someone at NATO and his "America First" agenda.
